Hi, I’m Kieran Birch, a dedicated personal trainer in Dorset, and proud dad of two. With over 14 years in the fitness industry, I’ve helped countless people across Poole, Bournemouth, and Christchurch transform their bodies, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.

I know what it’s like to juggle family life and business while still trying to prioritise health because I live it every day. Alongside running a Personal Training business, I also own Grade 92, a thriving barber chain & School. Balancing business, parenthood, and personal health has shown me first hand how important it is to make fitness a non-negotiable.
